Les Pavillons is happy to welcome incentive groups and can discuss any special requirements with the group leader in advance.
Conference Room (55 m²)
Les Pavillons is equipped with an air-conditioned conference room, seating 40 theatre-style or 20 classroom- style.
The use of the conference room is complementary for all groups staying at the hotel.
Equipment
Audiovisual equipment is provided. It includes a 35mm slide projector, an overhead projector, multi-system video equipment, a PA system, flip charts, a lectern and a wall screen (2.1m x 1.5m).
A video projector can be provided if requested in advance. Additional equipment and services can be provided on request, for a fee.
Les Pavillons can also provide secretarial, photocopying, fax, Internet and e-mail services.
